Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Arabic Chef specializing in Arabic sweets and bakery items to join our team at Sheera Lateen. As a Chef in our establishment, you will be responsible for creating and producing a variety of authentic Arabic delicacies, with a specific focus on traditional sweets like Baklawa and various bakery items.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of traditional Arabic sweets and bakery items, emphasizing quality, authenticity, and taste.
- Create and innovate recipes while maintaining the traditional essence of Arabic desserts.
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality sweets and bakery items in line with Sheera Lateen’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and ordering of necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing Arabic sweets and bakery items, with a focus on Baklawa and other traditional delicacies.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Arabic dessert recipes, preparation techniques, and presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices in a culinary environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Creative flair to develop new recipes while honoring the authenticity of Arabic sweets.
