Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing real estate firm dedicated to providing top-notch services. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on building strong relationships, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join the team.

Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for our team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented HR professional to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and update strategic HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor probational period of employees
  • Develop, implement and communicate efficient HR guidelines
  • Perform regular payroll update and staff lunch implementation
  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs such as HMO, pension and airtime disbursement ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
  • Proven years work experience as an HR Manager preferably in a areal estate industry, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development preferably in a reals estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • A passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
